Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management Team in monitoring project scope & schedule, resources control & allocation, logistics arrangement, cost & budgeting, quality output and risk factors
- Liaise and coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure project completion with customer satisfaction
- Resolve any project related issues proactively by good customer service skills
- Responsible for general project administration, including prepare agenda, minutes and evaluation report, follow up on agreed actions after meetings, tendering bidding documents, etc
Requirement
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines
- 1-2 year working experience in Networking/Telecom industry
- Working experience in project management/ customer facing
- Responsible, self-motivated and independent
- Strong problem solving skills, willing to learn and work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
