Our client is a public listed sector located in Hong Kong and they are seeking for the support IT project implementation.
Responsibilities:
- To support IT project implementation, identify project requirements and propose technical and operational feasible solutions to meet the project objectives.
- To perform system analysis and design on business requirement.
- To prepare tender documents for acquisition of hardware / software / services for IT system implementation.
- To coordinate with various parties including users, contractors, other government departments and financial institutions.
- To assist project management including scheduling of tasks, liaison, end stage review for project milestone, progress monitoring and quality review.
- To provide administrative support like service monitoring, incident handling, business continuity plan.
- To support users on projetc requirement, system acceptance and user operations
- To supervisor a programmer in delivering IT services to users.
- Good written English and Chinese.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Informatation Technologies or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT which 3 years in similar capacity.
- Experience in IT project implementation and preparing tender documents.
- Experience in system analysis and design on business requirement.
