Job Description:
1. Project Risk Profile Assessment and Technical Evaluation
(a) Assess project risks of IT proposals at funding application stage according to pre-defined framework and provide technical advice
(b) Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the technical solutions proposed in the funding applications.
2. System Administration and User Support of the system
(a) Monitor system performance and carry out duties on system administration.
(b) Monitor and liaise with system support team on bug fixing incidents / system issues.
(c) Handle enquiries from department on system matters.
3. Data Analysis and Compilation
(a) Compile ad-hoc statistical reports.
(b) Assist in preparing analysis on project expenditures, project types, etc.
(c) Prepare information for Quarterly Catalogue under client's website, Open Data, etc..
4. Other Duties as assigned (e.g. Assist in preparing and issuing reminder lists)
Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 working years' experience in IT and 1 year in similar capacity
- Hands-on experience in SQL language
- Hands- on IT security (e.g. risk assessment)
- Good command in both written and oral in English and Chinese
