Job Responsibilities
- Take part in analysis and design, implementation, and testing on system changes/enhancements of
- CMMP, particularly on email sub-system and system interface with other central services
- Maintain and support the email sub-system of CMMP, including the Microsoft Exchange servers, web
- application servers (.NET/IIS), the CMMP Outlook plugins (.NET/VSTO) and its integration with other sub-systems
- Identify and resolve reported issues for the email system including but not limited to mail routing, mail
- operation, etc., reply to the reported users, and create and maintain knowledgebase documents for the team
- to refer in future for resolutions
- Maintain and prepare scripts (Exchange Shell and Windows PowerShell) to automate tasks and integration
- with other sub-systems
- Monitor and report system usage and healthiness
- Assist in assuring and controlling of the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors
- Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards
- and requirements of the project
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years IT working related experience and 1 year in similar capacity
- Experience in system implementation, maintenance and support of IT system
- Experience in administration of Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019
- Good communication in English (written and oral)
