Job Description:
- Lead a team of Analyst Programmer fir development of information systems including requirement analysis, technical design, builiding, testing, implementation and production roll-out
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring various project activities
- Work with consultants, contractors and vendors
Job Duties:
- Recognised degree/higher diploma/in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' working in IT experience of which 1 year similar capacity or supervisory level
- Experience in managing web and mobile application development projects and technologies in iOS/ Android application development; HTML/PHP for Website development; micro-services architecture are essential
- Experience in Scrum or other agile software development methodologies is advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
