- Responsible for VIP Support
- Installation / removal / change of software and hardware
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Follow-up with other agreed service providers and hardware / software supplier on maintenance of such hardware / software
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- Have 1-2 years relevant working experience in desktop support
- Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration, Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- English Speaking!
