Our client is a international motor company, they are looking for a CS Specialist with experience in Car License renewal to join their CS team.
Responsibilities
- Handle the daily license renewal at Transport Department and ensure the license information in system is up-to-date and correct.
- Handle renewal and contract termination customers at Office. Release of license document and VRD in comply with Company guidelines.
- Responsible for safe custody of all security documents and perform audit checking with the team on regular basis.
Requirements
- Advanced level or Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline Business / Finance qualification preferred
- Strictly follow the Company rules and regulations is a MUST
- License registration, renewal and change of license information
- Well-organized, responsible and hard-working
- Independent, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in computer skill is a MUST (Chinese Word Processing is preferred)
