Job Responsibility:
- Technical Support services - Data Centre operations and service provisioning
- Manage MMR expansion projects
- Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects
- Customer connectivity service, including circuit testing and labelling
- Cross connect related audit duties, record validation & housekeeping work
- Local networking devices (Cisco / Juniper / Brocade / H3C)
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and reporting
- Pre-sales support to Sales and Customer Service team
What we are looking for:
- Higher Diploma graduated in I.T. or other disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivate, customer-orientated attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English
