- Handle the hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting for internal end-users.
- Manage and escalate technical issues and problems.
- At least 1-2 years relevant IT support experience
- Experience in supporting end-users
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in spoken and written English
- High Diploma or above
- 5 days' work / week
