Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-user support
- Troubleshoot the software and hardware issue
- Troubleshoot the tailor-made application
- Escalate the issue to management if required
- Provide the premium support to the client
- Support the VIPs within the firm
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- 3 years+ experience in user support
- Have banking / financial institute support experience is an advantage
- English communication is a must
