Responsibility:
- Assist to lead deskside support teams to provide professional IT support service,
- Coordinate with various delivery teams for continuous service improvement,
- Ensure full compliance with Company's IT Security, Risk and continuity policies and standard,
- Identify and provide solution with internal team or vendor to manage problems.
Requirements:
- Degree holders in Computer Science or equivalent,
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT industry with a wide exposure in areas of IT operation, networking, security and project management,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and people skills,
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and a good team leader,
- Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese,
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
