- Customer facing mobile app and website services. A complete revamp in coming 9 months.
- Digital experience and eCommerce solution selection and implementation
- Enterprise applications enhancement, business process digitalization and workflow automation
- Intranet modernization and change management
Key focus areas:
- Act as the subject matter expert to propose solutions and advice on technical knowhow
- Responsible for overall project delivery of digital initiatives to drive and cope with the digital transformation journey of the company.
- Lead, manage and coach a team to identify solutions, to adopt agile deployment and DevOps practices, to deliver and support in an agile and effective way for all digital solutions
- Work with various stakeholders including business users, IT management and vendors on pipeline management and delivery
- In collaboration and consultation with Senior Manager, responsible for the planning, staffing, implementation, control and evaluation of assigned projects
- Drive overall user satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
Skills:
- Strong people and project management skills, solution design with knowledge of digital architecture standards
- Concrete experience in projects with heavy UI/UX and design thinking elements
- Extensive experience in managing external vendors, delivering multi-projects in parallel, and management of software-related risk
- Knowledge of agile software development, rapid prototyping, A/B testing, minimal viable product development, test automation, API development, DevOps and CD/CI
- Technical and domain knowledge in digital customer self-services, e-commerce, mobile payment, behavioral analytics solutions with experience in digital transformation
- Cloud skills and SCRUM Master highly preferable
