Job Responsibility:
- Technical Support services - Data Centre operations and service provisioning
- Manage MMR expansion projects
- Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects
- Customer connectivity service, including circuit testing and labelling
- Cross connect related audit duties, record validation & housekeeping work
- Local networking devices (Cisco / Juniper / Brocade / H3C)
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and reporting
- Pre-sales support to Sales and Customer Service team
What we are looking for:
- 1 - 4 years or above Desktop support experiences, Data Center experiences is highly preferable
- Diploma graduated, preferable in IT or related disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivate, can-do attitude
- Good Excel and Word skills
- Less experienced will be consider for junior position
- Fresh graduates who are with good personality will be considered
