Responsibilities:
1) Provide assistance including preparing project material, communicating with users, and performing mailbox migration and PST login
2) Setup the Exchange server for migration use
3) Provide post-migration follow up and support
4) On-call standby support in non-office hour as needed.
Requirement:
1) Diploma in Computing or related discipline or above
2) 2 years+ experience in Microsoft Exchange operations.
3) Knowledge on Exchange server role, MX record, mail flow troubleshooting
