Role:
- Be hands-on developer with team lead skills that has had experience in leading offshore development teams
- Has initiative to raise new ideas and bring innovation to the team and organization and has a growth mindset
- Ability to create scalable and robust developments
- Ability to transition proof of concept solutions into a production-grade offering
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or above
- Have 4+ years hands-on experience in the development area with at least 1 year in leading teams, and 2 years with development experience
- Has experience in one or more of: Python, Java, C#, Javascripts. At least a modern web framework such as Angular JS, React or equivalent.
- Experience in mobile development is a strong advantage
- Experience in any NoSQL databases is a strong advantage
- Experienced in linux a must with preferred experience in AWS (experience in at least one public cloud service is a must)
- Has cloud and dev-ops experience and have actual experience in agile delivery
- Previous project management experience in delivery medium-large developments projects including vendor management
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in a previous data analytics/big data role a distinct advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex technical problems tailored towards audience technical competency
- Fluent in English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin a bonus.
