Job Duties:
- Provide repair and maintenance service on PCs, Printers and other accessories to users
- Provide on-site support on PCs and Microsoft windows
- Assist in scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation
- Perform any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirement Details:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in providing repair and maintenance PCs and printers
- At least 1 year of experience in on-site field support
- Able to work well under pressure with tight schedule
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
