Job Description


Duties:

  • Provide first tier technical support on PCs / network /systems /software and hardware
  • Provide solutions to users



Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Holder of MCSE / CCNA qualification is an advantage
  • At least 1 year's experience in IT support on MS Windows and desktop hardware
  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (cantonese)
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
