Job Duties:

  • Provide technical support services to internal users & external customers
  • Responsible for the system health check
  • Provide the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
  • Prepare routine reports and documents



Job Requirements

  • Diploma / degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
  • Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
  • IT support or relevant experience (Less experience will be considered)
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on public holidays & shift roster, no overnight shift is required
