Job Duties:
- Provide technical support services to internal users & external customers
- Responsible for the system health check
- Provide the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
- Prepare routine reports and documents
Job Requirements
- Diploma / degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
- Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
- Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
- IT support or relevant experience (Less experience will be considered)
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to work on public holidays & shift roster, no overnight shift is required
