Duties:
- Provide remotely and on-site technical and user support
- Setup and configure desktop, networking devices, LAN / WAN administration, Windows, MS Office and Active directory etc
- Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their inquiries
- Provide immediate end-user support and troubleshooting on server and office application
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline
- At least 3 years hands-on on-site service support experience
- Capable of communicating with clients in English when necessary
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Positive attitude with good communication skills and customer service skills
