Job description:
- Provide helpdesk support to clients on severs and network, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and administration
- Provide IP phone support, configuration and troubleshooting and mainteance
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology , Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of IT working experience in network/servers infrastructure
- At least 2-3 years in TCP/IP, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IP phone system and Cisco switch
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good spoken and written in Cantonese and English
