Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users on office software applications and Linux environment;
- Troubleshoot e-mail, printer and facsimile, software, hardware, networking and all other computer related issues;
- Provide general IT support and troubleshooting to users on software, hardware and all other computer related issues
- Monitor computer systems/server operations and performance and perform daily data backup
Requirements
- Degree Holder in computer engineering r other related discipline
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, LAN, TCP/IP and network equipment operation and maintenance;
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua; and
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
