Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to user
- Support, monitor and maintain IT systems / infrastructure / network
- Perform the installation configuration and maintenance of the IT systems, operational software, and system management tools
- Provide support for VMWare, Windows/Linux servers as well as all systems and infrastructure services
- Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arise
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure that systems are functioning at an efficient capacity
- Well coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth office routine
- Responsible for workstations trouble- shooting and server administration
- Handling server troubleshooting and Active Directory administration
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in IT support
- Hands-on experience on user support
- Experience with installation and configurations of operating systems and system management tools
- Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux / Windows Server), Database and networking
- Good inter-personal skill, able to work as a team member
- Immediately Available is preferred
