Key responsibilities:

  • Enable smooth digital adoption experience for company-wide users through creating/designing compelling visual communications (user guide, emails, broadcast, information site, video, training content, FAQ, etc).
  • Be at the forefront to adopt and test digital tools to recommend positioning, define use case for various user segments and plan suitable change management initiatives.
  • Plan and execute change management initiatives for business users to adopt digital tools for their work to drive values perception, culture and behavior change across the target user group.
  • Build good collaboration with project teams to assess change impact and execute suitable change management program for company-wide IT related initiatives such as Office 365, modern workplace, automation, digitalization, etc.
  • Apply comprehensive measurement tools and metrics to gauge change communications programs' effectiveness and improve short and long term strategies.
  • Be the power user and ambassador of IT self-service tools.
  • Build relationship with business users/communities to create satisfying customer experience.
  • Identify and groom Change Champions across the company
  • Work together as a team to brand IT as business partners by providing fit for purpose solutions and maximizing business values along the digital transformation journey towards the digital utility of the future.
  • Digitalize and also identify opportunities to consolidate, optimize and/or eliminate paper-based and/or manual business processes across the organization to help reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Create reports and proposals to facilitate communicate with various stakeholders with Power Point.
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate training, reach out, event, campaigns to reach colleagues in order to enable smooth digital adoption


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Organization Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines with minimum of 3 years of working experience in Change Management, Visual Communications or equivalent roles. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
  • Strong professional language proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Additional skills in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling visual communication by creating/combining attractive graphic design with suitable messages to allow digital adoption.
  • Proactiveness and willingness to learn and be in the forefront to test and explore new technology are essential.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office 365 suite. Experience or willingness to learn and apply Power Platform tools for work (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) will be preferable.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Point to make compelling promotional documents, reports and proposals will also be preferable.
  • Capability to understand technical change and write easy to understand messages for business users is highly sought after.
  • Experience with developing use cases for various digital tools so it can be easily adopted by various user persona/background.
  • Self-initiated, strong teamwork, creative with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at facilitation, negotiation, influencing, project management, change management and relationship management.
  • Strong demonstrated business analysis skills is an advantage.
  • Experience in business process reengineering/ streamlining/ Business process automation/ workflow automation is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be beneficial
  • Good documentation/ report writing/ training skills
  • Good attention to details
