Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
Job Description:
- Hotline support to 7 x 24 hour IT Call Centre.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE (includes Chinese and English Syllabus B) in Information Technology, Computing subjects or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years post qualification IT working experience of which 1 year experience in similar capacity;
- Knowledge in helpdesk support or technical support on desktop, network problem, sound knowledge in MS office, MS window Server;
- Good telephone manner;
- Shift duty is required;
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge in hotline support.
