Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
- To provide help desk and user support services on PC/LAN and Office Automation software packages and other IT applications;
- To maintain the PC hardware and software inventory;
- To provide installation support services on PC/LAN and OA equipment;
- To liaise with divisional computer officers on computer issues; and
- To provide support services in purchasing IT products.
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE (includes Chinese and English Syllabus B) in Information Technology, Computing subjects or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years post qualification IT working experience of which 1 year experience in similar capacity;
- Hands on experience in Chinese Processing, Data/File Backup Technology, Mobile / Wireless Communication, Router Configuration and Wireless/mobile Email solution are mandatory;
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
