Responsibilities:
- Collect and review user requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and user training
- Liaise with users, vendors and developers on project deliverables
- Work with developers, testers, and end users to create effective and complete documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT or related discipline
- Experience in technical document writing is highly preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience on business analysis from Insurance industry
- Experience in system implementation is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Responsible, initiative, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
