IT Business Analyst (POS & CRM)
About the Job:
- Perform business analysis and user requirement studies, and assist stakeholders to document business process flow
- Communicate with stakeholders, prepare documents and technical information in line with agreed processes and procedures
- Liaise with users to identify and define IT solution requirement and specifications
- Lead the system design and analysis, system implementation / enhancement, UAT and system deployment
- Perform and coordinate testing, data conversion and user training
About the Talent:
- Bachelor or above in Business Studies / Information System or other related disciplines
- 3 years' solid working experience as Business Analyst
- SQL skillset is preferred for data extraction
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and retail industry
