Our client is a well-known property developer with a compelling portfolio of real estate assets (commercial offices, industrial buildings & retail shopping malls). Due with their project expansion in Mainland China, they are actively looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.
The ideal candidate should be coming from similar sector and he or she should have hands on project exposures in CRM analystics application. He or she might be able to communicate in Mandarin or English for daily operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collect User requirements gathering and analysis, and prepare user requirement specifications
- Prepare test plan and conduct the testing
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing, prepare user manual, and conduct training
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Good command in written English & Chinese and verbal communication in Mandarin/ English/ Cantonese
