Duties:

  • Provide remotely and on-site technical and user support
  • Setup and configure desktop, networking devices, LAN / WAN administration, Windows, MS Office and Active directory etc
  • Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their inquiries
  • Provide immediate end-user support and troubleshooting on server and office application


Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in IT subjects
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience in IT support
  • Able to set up, configure and support PC/network hardware and software
  • At least 2 years solid experience in the administration and monitoring of the anti-virus system
  • Able to provide LAN support and administration services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
