- Manage a team of application development in Hong Kong for digital platform development
- Communicate with all departments to address issues and propose enhancements.
- Coordinate and supervise the IT teams among the group.
- Establish and maintain policy, and operationalize the process for system and operation management
- Responsible for securing, optimizing, upgrading, migrating internal IT systems
- Plan and design the roadmap for team development.
- Vendor evaluation and manage service vendors to ensure quality and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- At least 10 years relevant working experience with IT department and people management .
- Experience in working at well-established companies with financial service industry background will be highly preferred.
- Strong managerial communication and organizational skills
