Our client is a well-known luxury retail brand from Europe.
Leading a team, this position will be responsible overseeing the service delivery and provide daily technical support to users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-users technical IT support for both office and retail stores
- Assist in server administration, troubleshooting and backup
- Provide end-user software applications and computer hardware support
- Manage and communicate with vendors on delivering IT supporting services
- Perform incident and service request management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support
- Familiar with computer hardware, servers, network, handheld devices and retail system
- Proven experience in end-user facing
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
