Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, incident handling and service improvement services and advice to client on system components of the system
- Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting
- Handle incidents and liaise with external vendors on hardware and application software
- Provide system helpdesk support and change request
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years or above IT experience on system support and administration
- Experience in IT system helpdesk support, handling change requests and user requests
- Experience in supporting physical and/or virtual servers
- Experience in administration, support and operation on hypervisor, storage or server components is preferred
- Experience in Linux Red Hat is preferred
- Willing to work on shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System Engineer
