Our client is reputable financial bank and they are actively looking for a Trading System Support Manager.
This key position will be overseeing the operations of service desk (VIP Support & Enquiries) and supervising the users support team. He or she must have hands on knowledge with selected trading systems - Bloomberg & Reuters (preferred).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the service team to deliver help desk service and provide system support
- Provide support to trading floor systems, voices and conference systems, remote access and mobile devices, server room facilities and disaster recovery site
- Cooperate with different internal users
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering and other related principles
- Over 8 years' working experience with at least 4 years' experiences as a team leader
- Hands-on experience in trading systems support
- Solid experience in Microsoft technologies and Cisco products
- ITIL, CCNA, MCITP an advantage
