Our client is a public listed sector located in Hong Kong and they are seeking for the IT System Operation Specialist to provide system operation support with the IT Operation Team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for 1st Level technical support;
Provide troubleshooting and basic problem solving on system, software, hardware and network issues;
Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement;
Perform system maintenance and health checks.
Requirements:
At least 2-5 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting;
With working experience in computer operation support or data centre working experience which is relevant to Windows/Unix server operation
Hands-on experience with PC installation support, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Lotus Notes and Chinese Character Input etc.;
Preferable to have CCNA/MCDST/MCSE;
Self-motivated and independent;
Able to work shift duty is add an advantage.
