Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the implementation a new web based application with IT service vendor
- Coordinate with user management, training and application support, including user inquiries and problem solving
- Work closely with internal business units to facilitate project completion
- Document or support documentation review of process or technical changes
- Provide production support on day-to-day issues
- Conduct unit test and system test to ensure all deliverables are in good quality
- Support and enhance interfaces between enterprise applications interfaces integrated with other banking systems
- Create work requests to enhance current systems to meet new business requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in IT industry (IT Banking industry preferable)
- 3+ years' experience in J2EE web application development
- Strong knowledge in SQL on Oracle Database
- Experience in interacting with lines of business and clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills and an ability to work under pressure
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem solving, organizing and project management skills
- Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements
