Our client is a Technology Service Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Mac OS support to join their commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on PCs (Mainly Mac OS)
- Administer PC management system - Casper suite for Mac OS update deployment
- Prepare clone image for Mac OS for new model iMac and Mac Mini
- Prepare videos for user training on alternative offices software
- Develop PC script for automation
- Assist to support Indoor Navigation project
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience supporting IT infrastructure
- Good command of written English
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and Linux Workstation
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy and TCPIP
- Scripting experience such as VBS, batch files or excel macro
- Mondays to Fridays: 0900-1800
- Immeidate available is highly preferred
