Our client is a conglomerate with a very diversified business portfolio in terms of financial services, real estates, manufacturing as well as food and beverage. . With their Data & Business Intelligence team expanding due to business growth, they are now looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join the team. The role will lead a team of data analysts and oversee the data management and implementation of business intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of data analytics and oversee business intelligence platforms
- Lead the design, development and support of enterprise data platform, reporting and dashboards
- Design best practice on data management suggest and execute the most suitable solution
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirement on business data and reporting needs
- Control project deliverables to ensure objectives are met
- Identify opportunity in enhance operation efficiency and the best use of cross domain data
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in handling BI tools, Big data projects and data warehouse
- Prior experience in leading junior colleagues is preferred
- Technically proficient with Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
- Knowledge in architecture design and solution delivery on cloud data analytics platform such as Azure or AWS is advantageous
- Hands-on with data management, visualization and storytelling
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
