Job Duties:

  • Manage VIP and deskside suport services (O365, Email) for senior management
  • Advise and consult the IT services to meet with corporate standards
  • Resolve any logged cases quickly
  • Assist users with application and system use related queries and maintain communication
  • Identify trends for common problems and deliver workarounds whilst working with the IT Teams to resolve underlying issues

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience, 3 years in supervisory level for Win10 and configuration, Macintosh Support, O365 Support, Active Directory and Azure Directory
  • Mobile device support experience a plus
  • Understanding of network fundamentals, sufficient to diagnose and assess infrastructure-related issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage VIP cases for end-to-end ownership
  • Solid experience in management and IT infrastructure
