Job Duties:
- Manage VIP and deskside suport services (O365, Email) for senior management
- Advise and consult the IT services to meet with corporate standards
- Resolve any logged cases quickly
- Assist users with application and system use related queries and maintain communication
- Identify trends for common problems and deliver workarounds whilst working with the IT Teams to resolve underlying issues
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years related experience, 3 years in supervisory level for Win10 and configuration, Macintosh Support, O365 Support, Active Directory and Azure Directory
- Mobile device support experience a plus
- Understanding of network fundamentals, sufficient to diagnose and assess infrastructure-related issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage VIP cases for end-to-end ownership
- Solid experience in management and IT infrastructure
