Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures
- Perform network administration and maintenance task including but not limited to restore Cisco router/ switch configuration, apply change on network parameters, lay network patch cord, troubleshoot connectivity and provide "remote-hand" to complicated task;
- Monitor healthiness and performance of the equipment;
- Perform the change request on the networking equipment
- Perform network and system preventive maintenance
- Maintain the document up to date (including network diagram, operation procedure etc.)
- Assists in conducting DR Dill and BCP process
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 3+ years working experience in IT Network & Project Management
