Duties:
- Perform Project Management
- Responsible for Call Centre migration
- Test strategy planning
- Manage implementation in Data Center
- Perform troubleshooting
Requirement:
- Higer Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience in Voice
- At least 3 years experience in Multimedia Contact Center solutions such as Genesys platforms, etc
- Knowledge of Routing Strategy concepts and configuration
- Non-IVR call flow design and configuration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
- Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
