Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk, remote & on-site support
- Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
- Keep update the case status and make escalation to related parties
- Communicate with customers on problem situations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server and PC environment
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN is preferable
- At least 1-2 years working experience in configuration and troubleshoot on Windows & Exchange Servers
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory services, including domain controller, domain name system, dynamic host configuration protocol service
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Holder of MCSA / CCNA is preferable
- Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
