On-site IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk, remote & on-site support
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
  • Keep update the case status and make escalation to related parties
  • Communicate with customers on problem situations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server and PC environment
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN is preferable
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in configuration and troubleshoot on Windows & Exchange Servers
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory services, including domain controller, domain name system, dynamic host configuration protocol service
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Holder of MCSA / CCNA is preferable
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
