On-site IT Support Engineer (Renewable Contract)

Nature of the role:

• Support Multiple client site - respond to calls each day
• Daily support to the clients for the IT solutions as below:-

1. General Deskside Support
2. Outlook Support & Exchange Server Administration
3. Active Directory & Server Administration
4. Networking Support
5. POS System Support
6. Desktop Project Rollout

• Provide IT support to the clients onsite
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• More than 3 years' working experience in IT support and deskside support
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented skills
