Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange operations work to ensure proper and correct information are communicated to helpdesk support and all parties involved in the system
  • Roster management for 7 x 24 operators


Requirements:

  • Revelant IT experience with 4 year or above
  • Experience in support and operation on server or network components
  • Experience in leading a small team in IT operations management or data center operations management
  • Willing to work on shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
  • May also be considered for permanent position


Qualification Requirements:

  • Valid ITIL Intermediate Level or above certification
