PMO Analyst
Responsibilities
- Provide support for IT PMO activities and processes with continuous
- Coordinate compliance with IT project management standards and related financial standards;
- Analyse project progress, status, issues and action items;
- Prepare reports to management on overall project performance;
- Maintain and recommend improvements on project management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.
- Track the milestone deliverables for monitoring the contract processing, procurement process and/or related regulatory compliance;
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience preferably in PMO, project planning and execution.
- Analytical mind with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with stakeholders at different levels.
- Familiar with software development life cycle.
- Good command of English and Cantonese.
