Our client is seeking for an innovative and energetic candidate to join their team. The details are as below:
- Responsible to consolidate and summarize the business requirements and change needs
- Analyse the business impact - Pros and Cons for the changes
- Evaluate and consolidate the requirements from the user departments to process / IT solutions
- Prepare documents for users' cases, process maps, traceability matrix, gap analysis and high level design, etc.
- Break down the user story from Epic and prioritize the business requirement based on Agile methodologies
- Ensure all processes and systems cope with internal policies and standard, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above
- With at least 4 to 6 years' business process management experience with at least 1-year experience in handling Agile methodology
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good analytics skills
