Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach project management professionals to drive the business, such as formulate strategic plans, roll out service delivery and set achievable goals
- Monitor the progress toward achievement of strategic goals
- Manage and control project implementation, such as schedule, cost and quality control
- Motivate cross team members to provide good quality work and manage well on customers' expectation
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Information System, Information Technology or other related discipline
- Holder of PMP or PRINCE2 is preferable
- At least 6-8 years' working experience in customer servicing industries
- At least 3-5 years' or above relevant project management experience
- Excellent analytical skill and customer/user management skill is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Self-motivated
- Well organized & good problem solving skill with detail analytical mind
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Project Manager
