Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project progress and planning on digitalization related projects
- Follow through the implementation status with team members
- Perform budget control and project P&L management
- Identify and analyze business processes and requirements, and manage the whole SDLC, including system design, technical specifications, system integration, testing and deployment of applications, and maintenance
- Evaluate potential risks and issues with recommendations and update stakeholders and management
- Provide training and briefing sessions to users on deployed systems and applications
Requirements:
- Degree holders in IT subjects
- Holder of PMP or equivalent qualifications
- At least 12 years' relevant experience in the whole for SDLC projects (MySQL, MS SQL, VB.Net, Crystal Report, Java, ASP. Net, HTML and PHP)
- At least 3 years project management experience on human resources systems
- Experience in SuccessFactor / PeopleSoft is an advantage
- Mature, detail-minded with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
