Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with key user representatives and owns the on time and within budget delivery for assigned projects at the required level of quality
- Lead and manage internal resources and external vendors, evaluate work processes to improve the team's effectiveness as well as the quality of services to business
- In collaboration and consultation with Senior manager, responsible for the planning, staffing, implementation, control and evaluation of assigned projects
- Monitor the support tickets, review the enhancements
- Monitor and act as PMO for smaller projects
- Coordinate investigation studies (new technologies)
- Help translate technical issues to understand the core impact
- Manage the BAU and small enhancements for:
- SAP Finance / HR
- SAP Logistics / SRM
- Workflow and Information Management solution
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in IT, engineering or related discipline
- Possessing PMP certification and a Business Analyst certification will be an advantage
- At least 6 years' IT experience of which 2-3 years in a team leading or project management role
- Strong people and project management skills with experience in managing external vendors, as well as delivering multi-projects in parallel
- Coordination and PMO skills, Risk/Issue management
- Self-initiative, fast learner, creative and innovative with excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as possessing good business understanding with intent to add value to the business
- SAP and Cloud skills preferable but not a must
- Good documentation / report writing skill
- Good spoken and written English
- Good track records of meeting project schedules
