Our client is a global FMCG group with multiple brands under the umbrella and they are well renowned for leveraging the latest technologies to maintain competitive edge. They are now recruiting a Senior Enterprise Architect to join the team. With dual reporting to Asia Head of IT and US VP of Architecture, this role will focus standardizing global enterprise architecture within APAC region and the focus would be on integration of Omnichannel consumer technologies.
The responsibilities this role would cover:
- Oversees and aligns the global consumer enterprise architecture strategy within Asia Pacific region
- Design governance and roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Provide architecture leadership over Channel Management (i.e. Digital & retail stores as well as the relevant payment process), Consumer Engagement (e.g. marketing, customer service, loyalty and promotion programmes and consumer data management) and Cross-Channel (e.g. pricing, product information and order management)
- Develop end-to-end capability architecture and data flows and drive architecture roadmap
- Translate capability architecture into high-level architecture deliverables
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and conduct pressure tests
- Evaluate and select emerging vendors and technology solutions
The ideal candidate
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years' working experience with strong specialization within retail or FMCG sector
- Proven track record in designing enterprise or solution architecture over APAC region
- Technically proficient with different consumer related technologies such as CRM, customer data platform, digital marketing, eCommerce, store technologies, etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate well with cross functional division leaders and senior stakeholders from multiple countries
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English
