Our client is one of the critical organizations for the commercial sector and consumer behavior development. They are now hiring for an experienced IT support in their IT division.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain desktop PC, Macintosh, network infrastructure and communication equipment, application systems (i.e. Microsoft Exchange Online, O365, Macintosh, VoIP phone system, Network & Internet Security, etc)
- Identify user problems, provide solutions aligning with the policies and record in helpdesk records
- Conduct unit testing to for the specification of project or system implementation.
- Review IT documentation such as network diagram, system equipment list and system failure report
- Communicate with end users and system vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related disciplines
- MCSE/ITIL certification is welcomed
- Minimum 4 years experience in Networking, Server infrastructure, VMware, SAN, LINUX server, VPN, Fortinet Firewall and Administration on Window Server 2016/2019
- Past experience in supporting Macintosh and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese
- Excellent analytical mind and problem solving skill, able to work independently
